Thanks to the good people over at DetroitYes.com for posting CoD directories that are missing from the Burton Collection. I now have confrimation the house exsisted in 1859. One year older then the 1860 record i had found and only one year away from the suspected 1858 date I ultimately believe is the houses construction year due to a wayne county platts map that can crudely be read to believe that the land was divided that year.

Happy 149 years old house!
